Schedule Your Inspection
NTX Enviro provides licensed mold inspection and testing services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties throughout North Texas. Our role is independent and unbiased – we do not perform remediation or cleanup, which eliminates any conflict of interest and ensures that our findings are based solely on observed conditions and laboratory analysis.
All inspections are conducted in compliance with the Texas Mold Assessors and Remediators Rules (Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1958; 16 TAC Chapter 78). Our goal is to provide accurate, defensible information so you can make informed decisions about your property.
Please note: NTX Enviro does not perform crawlspace (pier and beam foundation) inspections.

- Thermal imaging
- Moisture measurements
- Temperature and humidity readings
- Particulate air samples
- Laboratory sampling (air and/or surface) as warranted

Accessible HVAC components are evaluated using visual inspection, moisture measurements, temperature and humidity readings, and other diagnostic methods as appropriate. Laboratory sampling may be performed to further evaluate identified or suspected conditions.
Service Includes:
- Visual inspection of accessible HVAC system components and associated areas
- Evaluation for visible or suspected microbial growth, moisture accumulation, condensation, and water damage
- Inspection of accessible air-handling equipment, plenums, supply and return components, registers, and related HVAC materials
- Moisture measurements, as applicable
- Temperature and relative humidity readings
- Thermal imaging, as applicable
- Particulate air sampling
- Laboratory sampling (air and/or surface) as warranted
- Mold sample laboratory analysis
- Identification of observed conditions that may contribute to mold or moisture problems

Moisture meters, thermal imaging, and other diagnostic tools are used as appropriate during the assessment. The inspection typically requires 4 to 6 hours on site, depending on the size and complexity of the property.
Service Includes:
- Comprehensive visual inspection of the entire accessible home for evidence of moisture intrusion, water damage, suspect microbial growth, and conditions conducive to mold growth
- Thermal imaging
- Moisture measurements
- Temperature and humidity readings
- Particulate air samples
- Laboratory sampling (air and/or surface) as warranted
- Mold sample laboratory analysis
- Identification of moisture sources, affected building materials, and damaged areas
- Written assessment report with photos, findings, and recommendations

Post Remediation Inspection
Remediation clearance
$795.00*
* Sampling requirements may affect the final price.
Assessment of the remediated area to determine whether the work meets the clearance criteria established in the remediation protocol.

- Procedural Inspection – verifies that the remediation was performed in accordance with the written mold remediation protocol; and
- Analytical Inspection – uses laboratory sampling, as specified in the protocol, to evaluate whether the remediated area has been returned to an acceptable fungal environment.
Service Includes:
- Visual inspection of remediated area(s)
- Moisture measurements
- Temperature and humidity readings
- Particulate air samples
- Laboratory sampling (air and/or surface) as warranted
