Protect your Home & Family
A detailed inspection can find what you can’t see.
Problems can often go unnoticed until after the damage is done.
Experience matters when it concerns what is most important to you.
At NTX Enviro, we know that undetected mold, moisture and poor indoor air quality (IAQ) can destroy the value and structure of your property as well as create potential health risks. We specialize in consultation, inspection, testing and analysis of indoor air quality in residential, commercial and industrial property. We do not perform remediation or clean up, thereby eliminating any potential conflict of interest that might arise from providing both services on the same project. Our independent, certified, testing-only service has no incentive to magnify the problem and increase profits through remediation services. Our position is always neutral and we focus on providing you an unbiased opinion of the present conditions with integrity and accuracy.
Our licensed Mold Assessment Consultant has a vast background in water mitigation, mold remediation and property damage services, providing a critical advantage and insight over other inspectors without hands-on experience. At NTX Enviro, our pledge is to do right by our customers and provide accurate, unbiased information so you can make an educated decision. Our commitment to customer excellence includes you, which means that you can expect effective, ongoing communication and reporting from us.
Inspections start with an assessment interview. We start with an understanding of what prompted your interest or request for an inspection. What concerns do you have about possible air quality contamination in your home, business or workplace? Whatever the scenario is that has led you to us, rest assured that we are equipped to determine the indoor air quality (IAQ) or fungal contamination status of your home, office, school, or other commercial building.
We specialize in detecting problems such as mold, bacteria, and other allergens like pollen and pet dander. Mold spores are not visible to the naked eye, and the types of mold present can often be determined through an analysis of samples taken. Samples can also help provide evidence of the scope and severity of a mold problem, as well as aid in assessing human exposure to mold spores. After remediation, new samples are typically taken to help ensure that all mold has been successfully removed.
Post Remediation Verification
After a licensed contractor removes mold from your property, it’s a good idea to have a third party inspect the work to ensure the remediation efforts were successful. It also provides eligibility for a Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation, a Texas Department of Insurance specific document that provides home owners and any potential future buyers of the property with a level of assurance that the mold issue has been eliminated.
